"Political communication - from an idea to realisation"

Zagreb, 24th of February 2014 – CPP's PR Office in cooperation with the Political Academy has organised a seminar in Zagreb during the weekend for CPP's CO spokespeople titled "Political communication - from an idea to realisation".

After the held intra-party elections new spokespeople were also named in most of CPP's COs so the seminar was dedicated to their introduction to the methodology of work of a County spokesperson.

The participants had an opportunity to hear several interesting lectures - from an overview of Croatia's political scene, the role and main tasks of CPP's spokespeople, to a lecture about how to successfully communicate and reach the voters with your message.

As part of the seminar a workshop was held which was moderated by the staff of CPP's PR Office, on which the participants had an opportunity to brush up on their skills in writing summons and reports as well as organising a press conference on the local level.

CPP's spokesman Igor Kolman addressed the participants at the beginning of the seminar, with a message about the importance of communication and availability of spokespeople. The seminar was opened by Boris Blažeković, the Academy's director and CPP's parliamentary representative, and it was moderated and concluded by the Head of CPP's PR Office Renata Potočnik.
