Karlovac, February 1, 2017 – „The basic idea of smart cities is to increase life quality and standard of citizens with sustainability planning for future generations", said Marina Novaković Matanić, HNS Karlovac county organization lecturer.

Novaković Matanić highlighted the expertise of the lecturers Vedran Kružić and Damir Medved who were talking about smart cities on the Academy seminar held 21st of January. Furthermore, she noted the importance of smart citios development predcondition which is also useful for campaigns in the cities. As Novaković Matanić said, preconditions of smart cities developments are reffered to 4T: teritorrial wealth, tolerance, technology and talent.

Education was attended by city and county councilors and the presidents of HNS Karlovac county organization subsidiaries.
