Vrdoljak: "The guarantee for future of CPP are the results of Posavec and Å tromar"

stromar posavecČakovec, 23rd of September 2014 - Within the organizational strengthening of the party vice president of CPP and Minister of Economy Ivan Vrdoljak visited Međimurska and Varaždinska counties. Counties are led by two CPP's prefects Matija Posavec and Predrag Štromar and are among the most competitive counties in Croatia.


"We went on the tour of regular visits to county organizations throughout the country in order to listen our members and detect problems in some parts of the Croatia, so that we can as a party and as representatives of the executive authorities be better and more useful to our citizens", said Vrdoljak at the press conference in Čakovec adding that CPP now has nearly 45,000 members, of which about 13,000 in Međimurska and Varaždinska county, with a growing employment and exports, and falling unemployment and imports.

"There is no better guarantee for the future of CPP then the results of Posavec and Å tromar who work for their two counties and their citizens. What is done is a guarantee that CPP in the future can have one of the crucial role in Croatian political life", concluded the Vice President of CPP and congratulated the prefects for everything they have done so far.

"The role of CPP in Međimurska county is directed that the politics gets back to people, about that testifies a number of projects that go in that direction, and the results are very visible", said the prefect Matija Posavec. Posavec pointed this example as the one other Croatian counties should follow with final aim of getting Croatia out of economic crisis. Speaking about the party, Posavec noted that CPP in Međimurska county is a stable and strong party, without friction and problems.

Prefect of Varaždinska county Predrag Štromar stressed that indicators prove that these two prefects from one party do their job well. The party is a good, strong organisation with quality and CPP experts can raise the standard of living of its citizens, said Štromar adding how in the next mandate expects minimal four MPs from their constituencies.
