Organizational strengthening activities led by the 3rd Department of the Academy began with a meeting in Zagreb

Zagreb, 16th of Semptember, 2014 – The first stage in the September tour of County Organizations of the CPP of the Academy's Third Department team was Zagreb. A team consisting of the General Secretary Srećko Ferenčak, Head of the Central Office Žarko Stilin and Director of Communications of the CPP Renata Potočnik held a meeting with the City Organization of the CPP of City of Zagreb.

Themes of the meeting, which gathered representatives of the Academy, the president and the secretary of the Regional Alliance of Central Croatia, the president and the secretary of the City Organization of the CPP of City of Zagreb, members of the Presidency and the spokesperson, members of the Team CPP and presidents and commissioners of subsidiaries in the area of City of Zagreb, were the implementation of the PR Action Plan, organizational strengthening activities and the state of the party organization. The meeting was also attended by the CPP's members of the parliament Sonja König, Igor Kolman and Goran Beus Richemberg as well as the Minister of Culture Andrea Zlatar Violić.

The meeting began with introductory words given by the President of the CPP and Minister of the Foreign and European Affairs Vesna Pusić who talked about the activities within the party for the next presidential and parliamentary elections. President of the CPP City Organization of the City of Zagreb and Minister of Construction and Urban Planning Anka Mrak Taritaš spoke on the state of the party organization and the plans for the upcoming time period.

General Secretary of the CPP Srećko Ferenčak underlined the importance of actively working on the field as a way of guarantying success, while he also evaluated the work of the CPP City Organization of the City of Zagreb. On the theme of progress in implementing the PR Action Plan spoke Renata Potočnik, while Žarko Stilin presented the program of organizational strengthening of the party.

The tour continues. At the end of the week, the General Secretary with his associates from the Central Office shall visit the Primorsko-goranska and Istarska County Organizations of the CPP.
