Koprivnica, 30th of April 2014 - "Koprivnica is a city that knows, wants and can work on energy efficiency. I am convinced that upon completion of the application process, the city administration will soon announce a competition for the citizens, in order to improve the energy efficiency of their homes", said Borka Bobovec, Assistant of Minister of Construction and Spatial Planning on yesterday's tribune in Koprivnica.

The energy reconstruction of family houses program is planned to renovate two thousand houses a year across the country, and energy efficiency measures are aimed at improving the efficiency of the heating system, replacement of energy - economically and energetically more favorable, and in particular the use of renewable energy sources.

Assistant of Minister of Construction and Spatial Planning Borka Bobovec pointed out that drafted program of energy renovation of apartment buildings is also created, and should be accepted in next few months by the Croatian Government.

The tribune was held within second part of the Academy for further education in the general policy in cooperation with CPP's Koprivničko-križevačka organization.
