Zagreb, 16th March 2015 – "When setting, planning and creating the campaign, VVD puts in the first place the organization of the campaign on the field and then other steps", stressed VVD trainers Kamran Ullah and Nathan Sommer on the first part of the seminar organized by the Academy about the campaign organization.
Speaking of important strategic steps in the campaign and the strategic objectives of the campaign, VVD trainers focused on the goal of the campaign, as well as the importance of each function within the election headquarter with an emphasis that the confidence of all members of the headquarter who participate in the campaign is the key.
Talking about liberal compass, which consists of horizontal and vertical axes and four sections, VVD trainers emphasized that CPP has to be led by his liberal priority themes, and yet on the other hand must take into account the important topics of interest to voters. At any time, speaking of liberal compass, Ullah and Sommer said we must balance all the elements within the liberal compass and believe in winning strategy.
"A winning strategy must always include and take into account the topics that are important to voters on the one hand, and on the other hand devise a way to frame them in the party's positions", stressed VVD trainers.
During the training three workshops were conducted. Participants worked in different formations on the topics of the organization of the campaign in the field, on the topic of strategic goals when setting up campaign and on the topic of liberal compass.
The whole story is conceived in three parts and the remaining trainings will be held during the months of April and June when sub-themes will be a successful campaign for the parliamentary elections, including how to mobilize voters, and at the last meeting and the final training in the month of June, participants will reflect on all they learned and train how to apply their strategies on the field.
Once again we thank our liberal Dutch friends Ullah and Sommer, and we send them greetings from Tomićeva street unitl our next meeting in April.
