Field education about reflections of legalisation begins

Sisak, 7th of March 2014 – As part of the Academy's 1st Department for additional education of elected representatives in PL(R)SG, CPP's sisačko-moslavačka organisation has held a seminar about reflections of legalisation in units of local and regional self-governance, that is about spatial planning.
Nermina Terzić, Academy teacher of CPP's sisačko-moslavačka CO has spoken about the subject and introduced everyone present with the lecture of the Minister of construction and spatial planning and member of CPP's Presidency Anka Mrak Taritaš who has held a lecture on the subject for mayors, County heads and Academy teachers on the 1st of March in Tomićeva street.
Terzić guided herself by the Minister's lecture and highlighted that the point of legalisation is based on criteria, and what is legalised is the fact that a building exists in space. In the continuation she spoke about the important phases of legalisation which are stated in the Law of spatial planning and construction.
What is new, and what the Minister highlighted in Zagreb, and Terzić explained to everyone present, is that an Information sistem of spatial planning has been created (ISSP) which marks the truth about space and is open and available to all citizens.
Terzić showed bith of the Minister's presentations, and since she comes from Petrinja, at the end she glanced upon the current situation of the mentioned subject in sisačko-moslavačka County and the City of Petrinja.
An introduction into the subject was given by Ivan Nekvapil, president of the CO, and deputy Head of County of sisačko-moslavačka County.
