Zagreb, 25th of November 2013 – As part of the Academy's 1st Department, CPP's Zagreb City Organisation held a seminar on the subject of the budget led by Political Academy teacher and president of the Interest Committee for the economy of CPP's City Organisation Marija Duljković.

On the seminar there was talk about the Decision on changes and addendums of the budget of the City of Zagreb for 2013, about the budget of the City of Zagreb for 2014, as well as the period from 2014 to 2016, where Duljković explained the planning, creation, bringing about and carrying out of the budget in detail.

"A good budget gives enough information in the way that it makes it easier for decision makers to efficiently distribute lacking funds for expenses according to priorities", started Duljković.

Speaking about the budget of the City of Zagreb for the period from 2014 to 2016 and the macroeconomical policy with an emphasys on the budget of the City of Zagreb in 2014, Duljković highlighted the structure of income, expenses, public debt and the rebalance of the budget of the City of Zagreb in 2013.

The seminar was attended by councilmen of city quarters and local committees of CPP's City Organisation of Zagreb, as well as members of the Interest Committee for the economy.
