Education on authority take over on the local level

Rijeka, 10th of June – In cooperation of CPP's Primorsko-goranska and Varaždinska counties, and organised by CPP's Political Academy an education on the subject of "Take over of authority on the local level – beginning steps" was held in Rijeka.

Marijan Horvat, Head of Martijanec Municipality from Varaždinska county spoke on the subject of take over of authority, systemathization and administration, and Snježana Sikirić, Head of finances of the City of Crikvenica, spoke about the subject of the budget.

Marijan Horvat spoke, from his own experience, about the needs and obligations with authority take over in a unit of local self-governance and the possibilities and important acts which require attention. Snježana Sikirić held a lecture on the budget, its preparation and the way in which to compose, read and spend it.

The entire idea of the seminar came from Žarko Stilin, Secretary of CPP's Istarsko-primorsko-goransko-ličko-senjska region, because CPP's Primorsko-goranska county organisation increased its stake in executive authority by 400%, and many of the newly elected dignitaries have found themselves in administration for the first time.

The seminar was attended by newly elected dignitaries of Primorsko-goranska county from Kraljevica, Cres, Kostrena, Malinska, Vinodolska Municipality and Rijeka who were elected on the local elections.
