Dubrovačko-neretvanska county organisation first on political marketing for the local elections

dubrovnik marketing1Zagreb, 14th of February – How and in which way to apply political marketing in a campaign, how to communicate with the media and ogranise a campaign on a local level were the topics of a seminar in Dubrovnik.

 

A team consisting of Valentin Dujmović, secretary of CPP's Dalmatian regional alliance, Željko Ćapin, spokesman of the county and Jadran Šundrica, an Academy teacher did a better than great presentation of the aforementioned topics to the attendees.

 

Dujmović spoke about the approach and organisation of the campaign itself with an emphasis on the strategy of campaign creation. He also spoke about the importance of a call-centre and volunteers with an emphasis on a door-to-door campaign and the election day itself. Spokesman Ćapin directed everything on communication with the media in the campaign and how to get your message through to the voters, and he highlighted a series of points that need attention and repeated, several times the importance of preparation. Šundrica lectured on political marketing for the local elections and presented all lectures of professor Marijana Grbeša from the Faculty of political sciences in Zagreb, who moderated a seminar on this subject in Zagreb. The topics included the unification of Dujmović's and Ćapin's presentations with key messages important for the carrying out of political marketing in local communities.

The seminar on the same subjects will be held twice more in the field of Dubrovačko-neretvanska county organisation.
