Zagreb, 16th of December 2013 – A meeting between Boris Blažeković, the Academy's director and CPP's parliamentary representative and Bojan Stipić and Mislav Malenica from the Vingd company which is preparing a project about the political forum – Barometar.hr.

According to Stipić and Malenica the forum would be a place where a small number of elite users, such as politicians, journalists, political experts and all those who think deeply about current political subjects, would objectively, unrestrainedly and from many different angles analyse situations. It would mark the central place for the discussion and analysis of relevant political and social subjects which would be discussed in a cultured and argument manner.

As Malenica highlighted, apart from online, the most important analyses will be presented through publications of Večernji list, 24 sata and Poslovni dnevnik. The idea for the project came from the reason that many consider that regardless of the genius technology it will never be possible to create a relevant place where key political subjects will be able to be discussed in a cultured and argument manner. To some it looks like fighting windmills, but the question arises, what if every politician will have to ask himself before he says something what do experts think about it, and then the public before which these reactions shall be presented.

Blažeković agreed to enter the project and he considers it interesting as a politician for the articulation of political ideas, programs, activities and analyses, both from the aspect of CPP's parliamentary representative and the Political Academy.
