Zagreb, 4th December 2015 In the framework of the program for political parties of the American Foundation National Democratic Institute (NDI), from 27th to 29th December, was held in Sarajevo second module of regional Academy for young liberals about the development of local policies. The second modul is organized with the support of Naša stranka (Our party ) and the Dutch Liberal Party D66.
During the two-day program, the participants of the Academy participated in the lectures and discussions on the creation of local policies, their experiences shared representatives of NGOs from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia, as well as D66 party and Naša stranka (Ou party).
Experiences and the basic elements of the election campaign of their parties in the recent parliamentary elections were presented by Kerry Elizabeth Nelson from the Liberal Party of Canada and Goran Neralić from Croatian People's Party - Liberal Democrats.
Regional Academy of NDI is an annual educational program for young liberals. The first module of the Academy was held in Belgrade, during which the lecture about local politics gave Matija Posavec, prefect of district Medjimurje and accordingly Neralić on this module, pointed out that CPP through its Political Academy and its 3 department with the aim of organizational strengthening of the party, as well as others, invested in the organization at the grassroots level and working in the field.
"As shown by the success of our sister liberal parties in Europe, but also the example of Canada, the good results of the elections can not be achieved without strategic planning, continued strengthening of the organization, investing in the education of members, and commitment to work in the field during the campaign. For all the above is in charge and CPP's Academy", said Neralić.
