Zagreb, 9th of September 2015 – Within the framework of the international activities of the Political Academy of HNS and the International Educational Centre, a meeting was held with representatives of the Swedish Centre Party International Foundation and Boris Divković Foundation. To our guests spoke the representatives of HNS and the Academy.
On the meeting, there was talk about the regional academy for youth which the Foundation plans to establish next year, while discussing the concept of the project, the partners involved as well as opportunities for engaging the youth organization of HNS in the programme's activities. The programme aims to develop skills and transfer knowledge to young liberal politicians in the region. The meeting was concluded in an agreement that with the full support of HNS and its Political Academy, Youth of HNS will participate in the regional academy.
In the meeting participated Catherine Isaksson, general secretary of the Foundation, Nela Čajić, programme officer of the Foundation, Arijana Aganović, director of Boris Divković Foundation, while the team of HNS consisted of Žarko Stilin, head of HNS Central Office, Ivan Gulam, president of Youth of HNS, as well as associates in the Central Office Barbara Zvonar and Jug Puljizević. Political Academy of HNS was represented by Goran Neralić, LIBSEEN coordinator and president of the International Educational Centre.
Before the meeting in Central Office, representatives of CPIF met with Vedrana Gujić, president of LYMEC on an informal meeting to talk about liberal parties and possibilities for strengthening liberalism in the region, as well as needs of young politicians in their professional development. Goran Neralić was also present for this meeting.
