Zagreb, 25th May 2015. – Within the regional program for political parties of the American foundation National Democratic Institute, Political Academy of the Democratic Front of Bosnia and Herzegovina visited CPP's Political Academy.
The guests from Bosna and Herzegovina were primarily interested in how the educational program of Academy for elected officials at the local level works, as well as the system called "training of trainers" that Academy conducted within its 1st Department. Boris Blažeković, Head of CPP's Political Academy presented the work and the stucture of the Academy with emphasis that this year Academy celebrates its 10 years. They also discussed on study of the International Educational Center and the Academy, a project unique in many ways in the framework of the work of other political foundations.
This meeting made a big step in the development of the regional program of the International Education Center, whose member is Academy, and all with the aim of strengthening the capacity of political parties in the Western Balkans.
At the meeting in front of the Political Academy of the Democratic Front participated Vanja Filipovic, Council member for organizational development, Željko Bradarac, member of the Council for political rights, Davor Vuletić, chairman of the Council for political rights and Member of Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and NDI represented Ajla Kasumović. Boris Blažeković represented CPP's Political Academy and Goran Neralić IEC.
All together expressed their openness to further cooperation and exchange of experiences in the field of political education. Also, Blažeković and Neralić thanked NDI for recognizing the quality of work of CPP's Political Academy and expertise that CPP's Academy can offer in the field of non-formal and political education.
