Zagreb, March 25, 2015 – On March 24 in Sarajevo, a meeting was held between leaders of Our Party, Boris Divković Foundation, Political Academy of HNS and the International Educational Centre with the support of the American organization National Democratic Institute.

At the beginning of the meeting, Dennis Gratz, president of Our Party presented the political background of his party, while Boris Blažeković, director of the Academy and member of the parliament, did the same for the Croatian People's Party- Liberal Democrats.

Afterwards, representatives of Our Party and the Boris Divković Foundation were introduced to the work of the International Educational Centre and the Political Academy of HNS, which through its ten years of existence developed a rich programme of education in politics. Arijana Aganović, director of the foundation Boris Divković presented several projects of the Foundation that have potential for mutual cooperation.

The meeting proved itself a great opportunity for exchange of experiences and ideas, which should make an excellent foundation for future cooperation of HNS and Our Party as well as cooperation of the Political Academy and the International Educational Centre with Boris Divković Foundation. It is expected that an exchange of experiences between the two sides will continue as well as work on joint projects.

The meeting was organized as part of the regional programme of the International Educational Centre in cooperation of the National Democratic Institute, while the programme itself represents a step forward in the IEC's work in the region of Western Balkans.

Political Academy of HNS was represented by its director and Member of Parliament Boris Blažeković, while the International Educational Centre was represented by Goran Neralić, president of the Centre. Our Party was represented by its president Dennis Gratz, general secretary Albin Zuhrić, and Dina Duraković, member of the Presidency of Our Party. Boris Divković Foundation was represented by Arijana Aganović, director of the Foundation.

Political Academy of HNS and the IEC give special thanks to Ana Radičević, programme director of NDI for her support of this project and Mladen Popović, political advisor of NDI for his committed engagement with our representatives during the visit to Sarajevo.
