Political Academy of CPP in collaboration with CPP's Women's Initiative and Interest Committee of Women's Initiative CPP's Sisačko-moslavačka county will hold a seminar on women and rural development. All-day training will be carried out on family agricultural holding Bistrički in Osekovo/Popovača on Saturday, 13th September.

The seminar will discuss the status, role and practices of women from rural areas at local and national level, the protection of intellectual property trademark for entrepreneurs, as well as the certification of agricultural products. Everything will be substantiated with examples of good practices and experiences. In the framework of education they will visit the exhibition "Women in Rural Development of the Republic of Croatia". At the end, they will visit the Women's Association "National tissue and binder" from Osekovo. Prelude to the seminar will be held at the town market Sisak.

At the seminar will lecture Marija Petrović from the State Intellectual Property Office of Croatia, Adelina Ivković, President of the Women's Initiative CPP's Sisačko-moslavačka county and director of City Market Sisak. Examples of good practices will present Marija Cafuk from family agricultural holding Cafuk and Vladimir Bistrički. All-day training will moderate Violeta Jelić, Vice President of CPP's subsidiary Sisak and everything will take place under the watchful and active eye of Sonja König, President of the Women's Initiative and CPP's MPs.
