We legalize the fact that buildings exist in the area

legalizacija koprivnicka Koprivnica, 28th of April 2014 - "The purpose of legalization is based on the criteria, and we legalize the fact that buildings exist in the area", said at the beginning of lecture on Spatial Planning and reflections of legalization in local and regional government Vesna Moškon, teacher of CPP's Political Academy of Koprivničko-križevačka county.

Moškon spoke about two basic steps of the Law. The first is the creation and adoption of amendments to regional plans of towns and cities that would establish new or expand existing construction areas, but only for those spatial coverage who meet the spatial planning conditions. The second step is the possible development of implementing spatial planning documents.

At the end of the lecture Vesna Moškon pointed out how by the end of 2015 all the requirements for legalization should be solve. The meaning of legalization does not lie in the rejection of the application, but if the application is not complete, it does not have any base to be solve.

The seminar was held within the first department of the Academy for further education of elected representatives in local and regional government, and was attended by members of CPP's Koprivnica Presidency and CPP's presidents of the city branches.
