CPP's Međimurje county on the local elections

matija lokalni web Čakovec, 24th of January – A seminar on the subject of local elections and the work of the call centre was held in Čakovec as part of CPP's Political Academy. Matija Posavec, Međimurje county committee president, lectured the seminar.

Posavec told all present about the organisation of the campaign itself, the campaign plan, strategic goals, priorities and measures in the campaign. He also continued by reffering to the role of volunteers and the voters register. He concluded his lecture on the subject by speaking about the role and work of the call centre, highlighting the importance of a door-to-door campaign and the election day.

In the second part of the seminar, Posavec spoke about communication with the local media and voters in the campaign, emphasising importance on communication with local media and highlighting the elements of political communication as well as how and in which manner to act towards the media.

The seminar was attended by the members of CPP's Međimurje county Presidency, team leaders and municipality heads.
